Terry Little has done an outstanding job drywalling my garage, fixing previous drywall work and drastically improving the look of my garage. He is the hardest worker I have ever seen. He does high quality work, very punctual, friendly and helpful on providing ways to improve your home. Any time we need work done we will be calling Terry. We plan on using Terry to do some upgrades to our two bathrooms.

We have hired many contractors over the years for many different projects at several houses that we have owned. Terry Little is one of the few contactors that we have had 100% satisfaction with. Terry has a pleasant disposition, shows up when he says he will, genuinely knows what he is doing, brings in extra help when necessary, and is attentive to what we want the finished product to look like. In addition, when Terry comes to work, he works. Unlike many contractors, Terry doesn’t spend a lot of time on the phone dealing with his other jobs, doesn’t make 4-hour runs to Home Depot, and doesn’t take 15 minute breaks every hour on the hour-- he focuses on the job at hand and is very efficient about it. His work ethic is commendable and in our experience, pretty rare. Finally, Terry’s fees are quite reasonable for the quality of his work. We recommend Terry Little-- highly and without hesitation. Some of the jobs that Terry has done for us in the last few years are: (1) Building a poured concrete foundation for a large garage addition to our home; (2) framing up extensions to a bathroom and a to bedroom; (3) house leveling and foundation reinforcement; (4) roof repair, including sag removal, leveling, adding support to existing trusses, and installing new roofing material; (5) pouring concrete walkways; (6) building a new deck, including deck stairs; (7) repairing another contractor’s botched HardiePlank siding installation; (8) building a new concrete shower pan; (9) installing new copper water pipes; (10) insulation and drywall installation; and (11) installing new cabinets. We have been completely satisfied with Terry’s work on each and every one of these projects.
